Ved personaleudfordringer i SMV'er leveres tidsbegr\u00e6nsede, kortsigtede opgaver. Disse opgaver kan udf\u00f8res i lederstillinger fra afdelingsleder til administrerende direkt\u00f8r eller inden for finansiel bogf\u00f8ring og personaleadministration.
