Bij personeelstekorten in KMO's worden tijdelijke, kortlopende opdrachten uitgevoerd. Deze opdrachten kunnen worden uitgevoerd in leidinggevende functies van afdelingshoofd tot algemeen directeur, of in de financi\u00eble boekhouding en personeelsadministratie. We maken gebruik van blue office<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0voor projectbeheer en urenregistratie, Sage 50 voor de financi\u00eble administratie en LohnXT voor de salarisadministratie. De beslissing om deze totaaloplossing te implementeren, was gebaseerd op de complete koppeling van alle 3 producten, de gebruiksvriendelijke interface en toepassing, de korte levertijd inclusief installatie en de geringe trainingsbehoefte. Het hele systeem kan worden aangepast aan de groei van het bedrijf. Onze ervaring: gebruiksvriendelijke, eenvoudige toepassing voor alle 3 producten, hoge betrouwbaarheid zonder vastlopen, flexibel bij het aanpassen van formulieren. Al met al een ideale oplossing voor ons bedrijf. UB-office AG biedt ons zeer goede ondersteuning bij trainingen en telefonische vragen.
