This time-saving blue office^® Add-In facilitates the creation of delivery bills and enables the immediate creation of invoices from the delivery bills, including stock booking, with just a few mouse clicks.

In the blue office^® The additional «Create delivery bills» button is available in document management. This opens a new tab in which all orders already entered (status A2 and A3) are listed. The desired orders are selected; by clicking on «Create delivery bills», the delivery bills are automatically created and are available in blue office^® for further processing (e.g. printout via collective printout).

If a company only uses the delivery bills for the purpose of stock posting, both documents can be automatically generated from the selected orders using the additional «Create delivery bills and invoices» button. in one work step can be created. A delivery bill (status L4) and an invoice (status R2) are created for each order, which can then be created as usual with blue office^® can be printed or sent electronically.
