SMS / WhatsApp Add-In

With the SMS & WhatsApp add-in, you can notify your customers or suppliers directly from blue office via SMS or WhatsApp. The add-in is used by numerous customers for the following purposes:

• Notification of repair status incl. costs or other data from the document
• Pick-up reminders for orders
• Appointment reminders
• Shipping confirmations with tracking link (in combination with Post, DHL or DPD add-in)

SMS functions:
- Send SMS directly from blue office
- Text templates with the option of including data for the following elements:

• • Address management
  • Contact person
  • Receipts
  • Projects
  • Personnel master data

- Send appointment reminders automatically
- SMS history with delivery status

WhatsApp functions:

• Send WhatsApp messages directly from blue office
  • The messages must be based on a template that must be approved by WhatsApp.

 

- Templates with the option of including data from the following elements:
