The blue office^® List Add-In makes it possible to import any data from the blue office^® database in a list, search for the fields and jump to the appropriate module with a click. Important lines can be highlighted in color for better recognition.

Operation plan overview

With blue office^® you can store operation plans directly with the item in the work order. With the list add-in, you can now display all open operation plans in an overview, search for values, filter by date and jump directly to the operation plan with a double-click. This greatly simplifies the production planning process. In addition, employees can use the pocketBLUE app or the ReportManager in production, for example, to see what they have to do today, retrieve files (such as plans) and report production progress.

Customer/project overview

In the blue office^® modules address management / project management / article management, you will find everything that has ever been run under «Documents». With the list add-in, you can now display all created documents such as receipts, appointments, contacts, tasks, mails, support tool, etc. in the first view, e.g. in address management. one list and jump directly to the appropriate module.
