Member administration
With this add-in, associations/clubs can manage their members clearly, assign them to their regional sections and optimize the billing process for membership fees.
Members are recorded as addresses and can be assigned to one or more sections. The date of entry and the type of membership, which is decisive for the membership fee, are recorded.
There is also a function for starting an invoice run for invoicing membership fees. The desired sections are selected in this invoice run. For each selected section one invoice and an invoice item for each member of the section. A distinction is made between active, central committee, honorary and free members. The contributions for a members' newspaper can also be invoiced.
If a member leaves the section, the leaving date is entered and this member is therefore no longer included in the invoice run.
